Hydro jetting or drain snaking: which does your line actually need?
A cable punches a hole through a blockage. A jetter removes the wall of it. The difference decides whether you call again in four months.
We put a camera in the line before we touch it, so you pay to fix the actual problem rather than the one that seemed obvious.
How we work
Most drain callouts in Dubai are sold as a blockage and treated as a blockage. Roughly as often, the blockage is a symptom of a fall problem, a scale build-up, or a joint that has moved. Guessing costs you the same job twice.
Every job starts with a CCTV inspection of the affected line. You see the footage. If the line is sound and only fouled, we say so. If it is broken, jetting will not fix it and we will not sell it to you.
The person who inspects your drain is the person who clears it and the person who signs the report. Nothing is handed off mid-job, and nothing gets lost in the handover.
You receive the inspection footage, the pipe condition, what was removed, and what we recommend next. It is yours to keep, and yours to show the next contractor.
About JetDrainPro
JetDrainPro works on one thing: the pipe that carries water away. Drain cleaning, hydro jetting, CCTV inspection, drain and sewer pipe installation, sewer relining, and drainage maintenance for villas, apartments, hotels, restaurants and commercial buildings across Dubai.
Dubai's drainage runs into problems a UK or US company rarely meets. Fine construction sand finds its way into every line in Al Quoz and Al Barsha. Hard water leaves scale on pipe walls that a cable will polish but never remove. High-rise stacks in JLT and Business Bay carry forty floors of grease into one horizontal run. Villa soakaways in Arabian Ranches silt up long before anyone notices a slow drain.
Each of those has a different correct answer. Knowing which one you are looking at is the whole job, and it is why we inspect before we quote.
Our services
Residential, commercial and emergency drainage work across Dubai. Every service page explains the method, what drives the cost, and when it is the wrong choice.
